GOLDCAR Car Rental at Rome Ciampino Airport

After arriving at Ciampino Airport (CIA), please make sure to pick up your luggage from the baggage claim area before proceeding to exit the terminal. The Goldcar rental office is located in a separate facility in the airport parking area together with the other car rental companies available at the airport. Once outside the terminal a courtesy shuttle bus will take you to the facility. The shuttle leaves every 10 minutes.

Helpful information when renting a Goldcar vehicle at Ciampino Airport

When renting a car with Goldcar you are required to provide a valid passport or national identity card, a valid driver’s license, a credit card in the name of the main driver and a reservation voucher.

If you have reserved Goldcar’s Key’n Go or Click’n Go systems, you are only required to provide your identity documents at the time of pick-up and the keys to your car will be handed over to you.

Up to three additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement as long as they meet the requirements and provide the required documents. Every additional driver is subject to a daily surcharge.

Some locations have after-hours collection and will show in the options when making the reservation if it is.

Returning your rented Goldcar vehicle at Rome Ciampino Airport

Return your rental car to the designated Goldcar parking area in the airport parking lot. Make sure to return the car in the same conditions as it was when you collected it to avoid extra costs for the cleaning of the car.

Goldcar at CIA is open 08.00-24.00 every day.
