CENTAURO Car Rental at Rome Ciampino Airport

When arriving at Ciampino Airport, please collect your luggage from the baggage claim area before exiting the arrival’s area. All the rental car companies at the airport are located in the parking lot area with complimentary shuttles leaving from outside the terminal exit. After exiting the terminal turn right and make your way to parking 5 and you will find the Centauro shuttle waiting or it will arrive within 10 minutes.

Helpful information when renting a Centauro vehicle at Ciampino Airport

To collect your rented vehicle you will have to provide a valid passport or national identity card (if valid in Italy), a valid driver’s license, a valid credit card in the name of the main driver and the reservation voucher.

Centauro at Ciampino Airport accepts reservations with pick-up between 07.00 and 23.00. If you have a confirmed booking within those hours and your flight is delayed you must notify the office of the late arrival. The office can wait for you until 02.00 for a fee.

Returning a rented Centauro vehicle at Ciampino Airport

Vehicle rented with Centauro has to be returned within the official opening hours of the office as there is no after-hours drop-off at this location.

All vehicles are to be returned to the same location as collection unless other alternatives have been approved and confirmed by Centauro.
