ECOVIA Car Rental at Rome Ciampino Airport

Upon your arrival at Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA), make sure to pick up your entire luggage from the baggage claim area before exiting the terminal building. Helpful information when renting an Ecovia vehicle at Ciampino Airport

To rent a car from Ecovia you have to be between the ages of 18 and 75. A young driver’s fee is applicable to all drivers under the age of 25. All drivers have to have had their valid driving license for at least 12 months by the time of rental to meet the requirements.

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement for a daily fee. All drivers have to meet the requirements for renting the vehicle and be present at the time of pick-up.

Ecovia cars rented at this location can be driven in Germany, Spain, France, San Marino, Croatia, Austria, Slovenia and Switzerland at an additional daily fee, but have to be returned in Italy. Please consult with Ecovia for more information.

Returning a rented Ecovia vehicle at Rome Ciampino Airport

Please return the car to the same parking lot as you collected it from. If you wish to return it to a different location within Italy there is an additional cost for the service and it needs to be approved by Ecovia beforehand.
