DOLLAR Car Rental at Rome Ciampino Airport

Upon arriving at Rome Ciampino Airport, please remember to first collect your entire luggage in the baggage claim area before exiting the terminal. At Ciampino Airport all the rental car company offices are located by the entrance of one of the parking lots. There are complimentary shuttle buses leaving every 10 minutes from outside the terminal exit to take you to the location of the Dollar office.

Helpful information when renting a Dollar vehicle at Rome Ciampino Airport

All drivers have to be at least 20 years of age, and drivers under the age of 25 will be subject to a young driver’s fee.

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement’s front page as long as the drivers fulfil the requirements and are present at the time of rental. Most additional drivers need to pay an additional driver free, but there are exceptions.

All authorized drivers must provide a valid driver’s license, a physical sheet street resident address, a major credit or debit card in their own name, a passport or national identity card as and meet the requirements.

Returning your rented Dollar vehicle at Rome Ciampino Airport

When you are ready to return your rented car to Dollar at CIA please park the car in the same designated parking lot as you collected it from unless otherwise instructed by Dollar.

Please remember to collect all of your belongings from the car before returning the key to the car rental company.
